Creative production built for what’s next.

Sterling Media is a Phoenix-based creative production company specializing in photography, video, aerial imaging, and emerging visual technologies for businesses, brands, properties, and products.

Our work spans real estate, hospitality, automotive, aviation, restaurants, vacation rentals, commercial properties, and branded content, combining traditional production with new tools such as generative production and Gen VFX to create visuals that would have been difficult, costly, or simply impossible to produce just a few years ago.

Meet Joel Sterling

Sterling Media was founded by photographer, videographer, drone pilot, and creative professional Joel Sterling.

Joel’s background extends well beyond the camera, with experience across creative direction, branding, marketing, design, video, digital, social media, and content development. That broader perspective shapes how Sterling Media approaches every project: not simply creating great looking images, but understanding how those visuals need to work for the business behind them.

Today, Joel continues to explore the intersection of traditional production and emerging technology while bringing photography, short-form and long-form video content creation, filmmaking, generative production, and visual effects together under one creative umbrella.

One studio. Multiple ways to create.

Alongside Sterling Media’s traditional production services, Joel founded Sterling AI Studio to explore and develop next-generation generative production, Gen VFX, and commercial visual storytelling.

Sterling AI Studio is also home to Estate Reels Pro, a done-for-you service that transforms property photography into professional cinematic video content for real estate professionals, property managers, photographers and media companies.

Whether the project begins behind a camera or inside a completely new production workflow, the goal remains the same:

Create visuals that capture attention, tell a story, and move brands forward.
